Our History
1996
Foundation was laid for the first set of printing machines under the name of MAHESH GROUP by Shri Radheshyamji Rathi and Shri Harishji Maheshwari after having 10 years of experience in textile trading business.
2001
The construction started in last week of December 2001 and the plant was running by august of 2003. The primary owners were once again in partnership for there second dyeing and printing unit in the Kadodara area. With just 1/5 of machinery and a production of capacity of 1/6 in today’s time, the duo was first of its kind having of multiple factories in processing of textile products and more.
2002
Foundation for 2nd factory for fabric dyeing unit for garments and saree unit which was under the Mahesh group named SHRI MAHADEV SILK MILLS PVT. LTD.
2007
Reached the capacity of processing 30 lakhs meter per month in saree and garments.
2013
Started the new segment of cotton and viscose in dyeing factory to increase the capacity, with latest technology and serve the demand for natural fabric.
2018
Reached the Production Capacity for processing of fabrics to 1 crore meters per month.
2023
Added another segment of Lycra and activewear fabric as the industry shifts from woven to knitted fabrics. And more demand for local fabrics along tie-ups the best of knitters in the region, we thrive to provide the highest quality knit fabrics.

With more than 28 years of experience, we will keep on bringing best of technology and creative fabrics together to provide the highest quality of fabrics.
Our Future
With the second generation taking over, planning ahead of the latest fashion trends, setting higher targets, using the latest technology in the industry and inspiring to be the leaders by tapping into new and latest markets is looking bright and one to last longer.
Overall, the textile business is one of the oldest professions where with efforts and values one can create a name for the family than can last for coming decades.
